Hon. Odunayo Amos, LCDA Chairman, Congratulates Comrade Ebiniyi Godwin on Victory in the 7th PRO Niger Delta Youth Movement Election

In a commendable display of leadership and solidarity, the Chairman of the Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Odunayo Amos, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Comrade Ebiniyi Godwin on his resounding victory as the newly elected 7th Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Niger Delta Youth Movement (NDYM).

Hon.
