There are moments in a man’s life when he looks back and realizes that destiny is shaped not only by hard work or personal dreams, but by the kindness and selflessness of extraordinary people God places on his path. Today, I stand as a testimony to the goodness of one remarkable woman: Distinguished Senator Natasha H Akpoti-Uduaghan.

I say it with pride and deep gratitude: “look at me, a common man whom God has blessed through Senator Natasha H. Akpoti-Uduaghan”.

Her impact in my life is far beyond politics, beyond public office, and beyond the measure of any earthly reward. It is personal, sincere, and life-changing.

The house being opened today is more than a building. Every brick carries her name. Every wall echoes her generosity. The foundation stands on her selfless acts and her unwavering belief that everyone no matter how humble deserves dignity and opportunity.

This house is not just a shelter; it is a symbol of love, of hope, and of a woman whose heart is as vast as the future she envisions for others.

Senator Natasha and her wonderful family did not just support me they adopted me. They embraced me as a son, and not once have they treated me as anything less. In their home, I found acceptance. In their kindness, I found belonging. In their love, I found a family.

Her husband, Chief Emmanuel Uduaghan, has been equally supportive, proving that greatness in leadership is multiplied when a strong, compassionate family stands behind it.

Under her guidance, my life took a new shape. She did not only assist me; she mentored me, corrected me, inspired me, and gave me the confidence to become the man I always aspired to be.

She taught me that humility is strength, that service is purpose, and that true leadership is measured by the lives we uplift.

Because of her, I now walk with pride. Because of her, my dreams are no longer distant. Because of her, I am a fulfilled man.

I bless the day our paths crossed.
I bless the womb that brought this phenomenal woman into the world.
And I bless God, who in His infinite mercy, chose to rewrite my story through her.

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan and her loving husband have done more than words can capture. They have blessed me, shaped me, and raised me.

Today, I give all glory to God and all gratitude to them.

I am who I am today because God used Distinguished Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan as a vessel of love, transformation, and destiny.

God bless her.
God bless her family.
And God bless everyone who chooses kindness as a way of life.
