Tasnim Baba-Ahmed, daughter of the Labour Party’s 2023 vice-presidential candidate, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, has married Sani Dangote Jr., son of the late businessman Sani Dangote.
The wedding Fatiha was held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at the Sultan Sa’ad Mosque in Baze University, Abuja.

The ceremony drew prominent dignitaries, including Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi and billionaire industrialist Aliko Dangote.

The event was attended by high-profile dignitaries, including Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi and Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote.

Pre-wedding events held in the days leading up to the main ceremony saw the attendance of former President Muhammadu Buhari’s daughters: Zahra, Noor, and Halima.

The bride, Tasnim, is a recent graduate of Reading University in the UK, having completed her studies last year.
