Chief Lawrence Adenugba Congratulates Nigerians on Christmas, Urges Love and Unity

Chief Lawrence Adenugba has extended warm Christmas greetings to Nigerians across the country, calling on citizens to embrace love, unity, and peaceful coexistence as the nation celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ.

In his Christmas message, Chief Adenugba described the season as a sacred period of reflection, sacrifice, and hope, reminding Nigerians of the timeless values that Christmas represents love for one another, compassion for the less privileged, forgiveness, and collective responsibility toward nation-building.
He noted that despite the economic and social challenges confronting the country, Nigerians have continued to demonstrate resilience and strength, urging them not to allow hardship to weaken the bonds that unite them as one people.

“Christmas reminds us that no matter how difficult the times may be, hope is always renewed when we stand together in love and unity,” he said. “Nigeria is stronger when we see ourselves as brothers and sisters, regardless of tribe, religion, or political affiliation.”

Chief Adenugba further encouraged leaders at all levels to use the season as an opportunity to recommit themselves to selfless service, justice, and policies that promote peace and inclusive development. According to him, leadership rooted in empathy and accountability remains key to national progress.

He also called on Nigerians to extend kindness to the needy, widows, orphans, and the vulnerable during the festive period, stressing that small acts of generosity can make a meaningful difference in many lives.

“As we celebrate Christmas, let us reach out to one another, share what we have, and pray for a more peaceful, prosperous, and united Nigeria in the coming year,” Chief Adenugba added.
He concluded by wishing Nigerians a joyful Christmas celebration and a New Year filled with renewed hope, good health, and collective advancement.
