BOI FRONTIERS FOR WUNTI 2027* has officially been inaugurated within the All Progressives Congress (APC) to consolidate and drive grassroots support for Dr. Bala Maijama’a Wunti ahead of the 2027 Bauchi State governorship election.
The group is rallying behind Dr. Bala Wunti, the former Group General Manager (GGM) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), who has since emerged as a leading and popular favourite to clinch the APC gubernatorial ticket. His distinguished career in public service, marked by strategic leadership and a reputation for integrity, positions him as the candidate with the national stature, administrative expertise, and economic insight needed to transform Bauchi State.
Addressing a press conference in Bauchi, the group’s leadership declared its singular mission: to translate this widespread goodwill into concrete political capital, ensuring Dr. Bala Wunti emerges as the APC’s consensus candidate and flag bearer following the party’s forthcoming primaries.
The group’s Protem Chairman, Mr. Titus Kyautah charged members and supporters to immediately embark on a robust advocacy campaign to highlight Dr. Wunti’s proven leadership credentials, administrative capacity, and transformative vision for Bauchi State.
“Dr. Bala Wunti represents the competence, integrity, and progressive ideals that Bauchi needs. Our group is the vanguard entrusted with the task of taking this message to every ward, delegate, and stakeholder within our great party,” stated Mr. Kyauta. “We are building a people-driven movement to secure this ticket for the most qualified candidate.”
An inaugural stakeholder meeting will be held shortly to formally unveil the group’s structure, strategic blueprint, and membership drive to the public.

To decisively promote Dr. Wunti’s candidacy, the group outlined a comprehensive operational strategy:
