2027: Tinubu Too Big, No One Can Tackle Him – Primate Ayodele Warns ADC Over Confronting APC
Renowned cleric, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has cautioned the African Democratic Congress (ADC) against confronting the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the lead-up to the 2027 general elections; According to him, APC presidential candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu is politically formidable, and no opposition figure currently appears capable of matching his influence.
Primate Ayodele, speaking during a sermon at his INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church headquarters, emphasized that political battles require careful calculation; He stated,
Tinubu is too big; I haven’t seen anybody among them that can tackle him; Those thinking of confronting APC must be very cautious.”
He further advised opposition parties to focus on internal cohesion and grassroots mobilization rather than seeking direct confrontation with APC at this stage; The cleric warned that underestimating Tinubu’s political machinery could have significant consequences for any party attempting a head-to-head challenge.
Primate Ayodele urged the party leadership to prioritize unity and careful planning to avoid unnecessary political losses.
