Otunba Gbenga Elewuetu Felicitates Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa on Supreme Court Victory

A prominent son of Ondo State and respected community leader, Otunba Gbenga Elewuetu, has joined other well-wishers across the country to congratulate the Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on his resounding victory at the Supreme Court.

Otunba Elewuetu described the judgment of the apex court as a landmark affirmation of the people’s mandate freely given to Governor Aiyedatiwa during the last governorship election in the state. He noted that the decision has finally brought an end to months of legal battles and distractions, thereby paving the way for focused governance and accelerated development.

In his congratulatory message, Otunba Elewuetu commended the governor for his patience, courage, and steadfastness throughout the judicial process, stressing that his calm disposition and determination have further endeared him to the people.

He urged the governor to see the victory as a renewed call to service and to continue delivering on his promises of good governance, people-centered policies, and sustainable development.

Otunba Elewuetu also called on opposition parties and other stakeholders to accept the court’s verdict in good faith and work together with the governor in the overall interest of Ondo State, noting that politics should never be placed above the welfare of the people.
