APC Chieftain, Hon. Sulaimon Fatai Adeshola Eulogizes President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for Empowering 1,000 Ondo Women with ₦50,000 Grants

In a strong commendation of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to grassroots economic empowerment, Lagos State APC Chieftain, Hon. Sulaimon Fatai Adeshola, has hailed the President for approving and facilitating financial grants of ₦50,000 each to 1,000 women in Ondo State.

The initiative, targeted at market women, widows, small-scale traders, and vulnerable women across the state, is part of the Federal Government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen local economies, reduce poverty, and support financial independence among low-income earners.

Hon. Adeshola described the gesture as another clear demonstration of President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, which prioritizes inclusive economic growth and human capital development. He noted that empowering women at the grassroots is one of the surest ways to boost community-level commerce, stimulate household income, and promote long-term economic stability.

He emphasized that the grant would not only provide immediate relief but would also serve as seed capital for many women to grow or expand their small businesses, thereby contributing meaningfully to local economic prosperity.
