One of the escort vehicles in the convoy of Murtala Yakubu Ajaka (Muri) was involved in a serious road accident while he was en route to Idah, his hometown, for a series of scheduled meetings with stakeholders in Kogi East.
Following the incident, all planned engagements were immediately cancelled as a precautionary measure. The injured individuals were promptly evacuated and transported back to Abuja, where they are currently receiving appropriate medical attention.
