Chairman Owolabi, Onirun, BTO & Others Honoured at Christ Apostolic Church, Irun Akoko

On Sunday, 18th January, Christ Apostolic Church, Oke Isegun Irun Zonal Headquarters,Irun Akoko, Ondo State, held a special award service to celebrate individuals who have made significant contributions to the church, community, and society at large.

The Executive Chairman of Akoko Northwest Local Government Area, Hon. Model Esan Owolabi, was among the honourees, receiving an Excellent Leadership Award.

The church’s presiding pastor, Pastor M.O. Idowu, described Chairman Owolabi as a disciplined leader, community builder, and a man who has consistently contributed to the growth of God’s work and humanity.

Pastor Idowu also appreciated all distinguished guests, donors, prayer and partners for their support, and commended the awardees for their dedication to community development.

The event was attended by well-wishers, church members, and community leaders. In his response, Chairman Owolabi expressed gratitude to the church leadership and congregation for counting him worthy of the honour, pledging continued service to the people and God’s work.

The ceremony highlighted the importance of leadership, community service, and faith-driven development in Akoko Northwest and beyond.
