CHAIRMAN OWOLABI FLAGS OFF OLUTA BRIDGE RECONSTRUCTION IN OKEIRUN

…As Okeirun Councilor, Hon. Fatai Abusu inspects the Oluta Bridge site
The Executive Chairman of Akoko Northwest Local Government Area, Hon. Esan Owolabi has taken a significant step towards transforming Okeirun’s connectivity by flagging off the reconstruction of the long-awaited Oluta Bridge project . This milestone initiative underscores his administration’s commitment to delivering tangible projects across every ward in Akoko Northwest LGA.
The bridge’s collapse had been a recurring issue, with locals forced to resort to makeshift bamboo fixes that would inevitably fail during rainy seasons, leaving residents and farmers stranded. The Honourable Councilor representing Okeirun/Surulere Ward 7, Fatai Yusuf Abusu’s relentless advocacy played a pivotal role in securing the project’s approval, bringing hope to the community.
Okeirun residents are overjoyed, praising Chairman Owolabi and Councilor Abusu for listening to their pleas and ushering in a new era of connectivity. The project is set to unlock access to farm settlements, boost economic activity, and restore dignity to the community. With engineers already on site, the reconstruction is underway, reflecting the administration’s dedication to swift action.
This move reinforces Owolabi’s focus on infrastructure, agriculture, education, and healthcare development, cementing his leadership as one that prioritizes people’s welfare. The community’s lost glory is indeed being restored, one project at a time.
