The minister of the Federal Capital Territory is in a closed door meeting with the governor of Rivers State
Though details of the meeting are still sketchy as at the time of filing this report, but different sources have confirmed that the meeting may not be unconnected to the recent developments in the state, especially the directive from Mr President to the governor to conduct primaries
