Hon. Esan Owolabi Announces Dissolution of Personal Aides, Appreciates Their Service

 

The Executive Chairman of Akoko North West Local Government, Honourable Esan Owolabi, has announced the dissolution of all his personal aides as part of efforts to create opportunities for more individuals to serve in his administration.

 

According to the Chairman, the decision was made in the spirit of fairness, inclusion, and the desire to give others the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of the local government.

 

Hon. Esan Owolabi commended the outgoing aides for their dedication, commitment, and support since the beginning of his administration.He noted that their efforts and sacrifices have played an important role in the achievements recorded so far.

 

Speaking on the development, the Chairman said the decision should not be seen as a sign of dissatisfaction or poor performance, but rather as a necessary step to allow fresh hands and new ideas into the system.

 

He expressed his heartfelt appreciation to all the affected aides for their loyalty and service, while wishing them success in their future endeavors and next stages of life.

 

“I deeply appreciate the support, commitment, and hard work of all my personal aides.Your service to this administration and to the people of Akoko North West has been remarkable and will not be forgotten.

 

This decision is not because you have failed in your duties, but because we believe in giving others the same opportunity to serve and contribute to governance.

 

I wish you all the very best in your future pursuits and trust that you will continue to support this administration in any way you can.

 

The Chairman also assured party members, stakeholders, and residents of Akoko North West that new appointments will be made at the appropriate time after necessary consultations.

 

He reaffirmed his commitment to inclusive leadership, good governance, and sustainable development across the local government.
