APC Sets Strict Guidelines for Expression of Interest, Nomination Forms Submission
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AND NOMINATION FORMS – ASPIRANT CHECKLIST
The All Progressives Congress (APC), through its State Organising Secretariat, hereby releases the mandatory checklist for all aspirants seeking to submit Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms for the upcoming political processes.
Aspirants are advised to take note of the following requirements and strictly comply:
Each aspirant is required to submit eleven (11) complete sets of the following documents, arranged accordingly:
1. Recent passport photographs (11 copies)
2. Academic credentials and professional certificates (11 sets)
3. Birth certificate or declaration of age (11 copies)
4. Detailed Curriculum Vitae (11 copies)
5. Party membership registration card/slip (11 copies)
6. Permanent Voters’ Card (PVC) (11 copies)
7. Photocopies of completed forms/credentials (11 copies)
Additionally, each aspirant must provide:
· Original copy of bank payment teller plus one (1) photocopy
· Affidavit, advertisement/deed poll (as applicable)
· Evidence of payment of party membership dues
Important Notes to Aspirants:
· All documents must be arranged in sets of eleven (11) as specified.
· Submission closes on Tuesday, 5th May 2026.
· Submission of forms by proxy will not be permitted. Aspirants must submit in person.
