APC Primaries: Ajipe Appeals for Calm, Maturity Among Aspirants and Delegates

Ajipe Urges Aspirants, Delegates to Embrace Peace During APC Primaries

Chief Alexander Oluremi Ajipe, a leading aspirant of the All Progressives Congress in the Ondo North Senatorial District, has called on party faithful across the state to act as ambassadors of peace as the party prepares for its primaries.

In a strong appeal, Ajipe urged aspirants, delegates, leaders, and supporters to resolve any grievances arising from the primary through the established party mechanisms, stressing that the APC is one family and must not descend into violence, intimidation, or self-destruction. He maintained that politics should never become a platform for hatred or bloodshed, but a contest of ideas, discipline, and loyalty to the progress of the party and the state.

The APC stalwart also charged members of the party to conduct themselves peacefully before, during, and after the exercise, insisting that votes must be cast without rancour and results transparently counted and duly announced. He said peace remains the foundation of meaningful political advancement and warned that no personal ambition should be allowed to override the unity and stability of the APC in Ondo State.

Ajipe further reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to the development of Ondo North Senatorial District, saying his aspiration is driven by a desire to promote fairness, inclusion, and accelerated growth for the district. He called on his co-contestants to join hands with him after his declaration as the party’s candidate on Monday, noting that the task ahead requires collective support, not division.

He said the APC must emerge from the primaries stronger, more united, and better positioned to win future elections and deliver quality representation to the people of Ondo North. According to him, the future of the district depends on peace, reconciliation, and a shared commitment to progress.
