
Police Arrest Wanted Armed R0bber In Enugu
The police have arrested a wanted armed robber in Enugu State. Operatives of the Enugu State Police Command, attached to the Anti-Cultism Unit of the Violent Crime Response, arrested the wanted armed robbery suspect and recovered a suspected stolen vehicle, a motorcycle, hard drugs, phones and other incriminating exhibits
The Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, of the Enugu State Command, Daniel Ndukwe, in a statement, indicated that the police, while acting on intelligence report, arrested 34-year-old Uchenna Ezeh at Amagu-Ugwu Road over an armed robbery case that is under investigation.
The suspect, identified to be on the wanted list of the Command, is a mini-bus driver, operating within the Gariki axis before he was arrested. He led the police to a mechanic workshop where a stolen Toyota Bus was recovered, while undergoing vandalization.
The police have sustained manhunt for other gang members According to the PPRO, investigation into his nefarious activities is going on at the Enugu State Police Command Headquarters.

The Commissioner of Police, CP Mamman Giwa, commended the operatives. He reaffirmed the command’s commitment to proactive policing and sustained efforts to rid the state of criminal elements.
