Sallah Celebration: Aminu Suleiman Calls for Prayers for Tinubu and Nigeria
Hon. Aminu Suleiman, Chairman Governing Board of the Federal College of Education, Keanna, and Board Member of the North West Development Commission, has extended warm congratulations to Muslim faithful across Nigeria and around the world on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration. He described the festival as a sacred period that symbolizes sacrifice, obedience, faith, and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah.
In his goodwill message, Hon. Aminu Suleiman urged Muslims to uphold the virtues of love, peace, tolerance, and compassion which Eid-el-Kabir represents. He called on Nigerians to continue praying for the unity, stability, and progress of the country, while encouraging citizens to support the ongoing efforts of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration towards national development and economic recovery.
Hon. Suleiman also appealed to leaders and citizens alike to use the festive period to promote peaceful coexistence and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood among Nigerians irrespective of religion or ethnic background. He prayed that Allah accepts the sacrifices and prayers of the Muslim Ummah and grants the nation lasting peace, prosperity, and harmony.
