Federal Govt reveals when President Tinubu will announce New Minimum Wage
The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, has announced that President Bola Tinubu is expected to make a final decision on the new minimum wage this Thursday.
The President will meet with organised labor on that day to determine the amount to be proposed to the National Assembly.
He emphasised that while the President is open to raising the minimum wage, he is cautious about triggering significant inflation.
