Several months ago, we rescued a group of mentally unstable women from the streets of Abuja who had endured unimaginable trauma, including repeated acts of violence. Before the intervention of the Federal Ministry of Women’s Affairs, two compassionate individuals had selflessly provided these women with essential care, including food and healthcare. Their kindness and unwavering commitment to helping those in need deeply moved me.
Today, in the company of Francis Duru and my esteemed Directors, I am fulfilling my promise to support these two good Samaritans with the capital they need to expand their business. This is a small token of our appreciation for their selfless dedication to the well-being of others.
I encourage us all to embody the spirit of compassion and support our fellow human beings, especially those who are vulnerable or in need. Let us be a source of strength and hope for one another.
