Read MorePopular rapper shot d£ad American rapper Abdul Vicks also known as “Ybcdul” and the alleged leader of a violent gang in West Philadelphia, was fatally shot on Friday in the city’s Olney section. Ybcdul, also nicknamed “Mr Disrespectful,” was shot multiple times in the chest and right hand on the 5500 block of N. 6th Street around 3:34 pm, according to local US reports. Despite being rushed to Einstein Medical Center, he was pronounced dead at 3:55 pm. Vicks was reportedly the leader of the Young Bag Chasers (YBC) gang, from which his stage name was derived. His death has sparked concerns and further investigation, but no arrests have been made as of yet. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the Homicide Unit or the police department’s tipline. Additionally, Quamere Hall, another rapper known as “Mere Pablo” and suspected to be associated with Vicks, was arrested earlier this month in connection with a fatal shooting last year.
