Just In: Court nullifies creation of 33 LCDA in Ondo state
Court nullifies 33 LCDA created by former Governor Akeredolu. It is also illegal for a Governor to sign a Law outside the State.
The Local Government Creation Law 2023 signed at Ibadan outside Ondo State is unconstitutional, illegal, null and void.
