Elewuetu congratulates Prof. Oyedele on his new appointment
Otunba Gbenga Elewuetu, the leading aspirant for the House of Representatives Akoko South East/West Federal Constituency, has congratulated Prof. Taiwo Oyedele on his appointment as the substantive Finance Minister and Coordinating Minister for the Economy by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
Elewuetu described the appointment as well deserved, expressing confidence in Prof. Oyedele’s capacity, experience, and competence to reposition the nation’s economy and strengthen the financial sector.
He also commended President Tinubu for making what he described as a strategic and timely decision in entrusting the ministry to a capable hand.
According to Elewuetu, President Tinubu has once again demonstrated his love for Ondo State by giving the state three substantive ministers, a development he noted has never happened in the history of the state.
Elewuetu also commended Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for his support, leadership, and commitment to ensuring that capable sons and daughters of Ondo State continue to receive recognition and appointments at the national level.
Elewuetu wished Oyedele success in his new assignment and prayed for wisdom and strength as he takes on the responsibility of managing the nation’s finances.
