
BTO Unit to Unit for Tinubu Hosts Widows & Age men to Celebrate, Pray for Interior Minister Tunji-Ojo at 44 in Ondo

Widows from the four local government areas of Akoko in Ondo State on Friday gathered at Okeagbe Central motor park to celebrate the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, as he marked his 44th birthday.
The event, which featured prayers, goodwill messages, and humanitarian support, was organised by the BTO Unit to Unit for Tinubu group, led by its Director General, Bankole Mohammed. Over 500 widows at the gathering received food items and cash gifts as part of the birthday celebration.
Speaking at the event, Bankole Mohammed described the minister as a leader deserving of greater recognition, while also expressing appreciation to Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his continued support for Tunji-Ojo.
“Our leader, BTO, deserves more than this on his birthday. We appreciate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the support he has given to the Minister, and we are all ready to re-elect him as our President in 2027,” he said.
One of the widows, Mrs. Amuda Mulikat, commended Tunji-Ojo for his consistent support for vulnerable groups, particularly widows.
“We love BTO, and that is why we are here to celebrate him today. He has always come through for us, and we will continue praying for his success,” she said.
Also speaking, a former member of the Ondo State House of Assembly and Chairman of the group,Hon Abiodun Ogunbi aka Onireason, noted that the people of Akoko are proud of Tunji-Ojo’s leadership and performance as Minister of Interior.
Representing the minister at the event, Hon. Fafunmilade Adetileewa expressed appreciation to the widows for their prayers and support, assuring them that Tunji-Ojo would continue to justify their confidence and make them proud.
