HON. ADEMOLA TESLIM ADEGOKE ALAWUJE (WHITE LION) SALUTES NIGERIANS ON JUNE 12 DEMOCRACY DAY
Hon. Ademola Teslim Adegoke Alawuje (White Lion) joins millions of Nigerians at home and in the diaspora in celebrating the 2026 Democracy Day, a significant occasion that commemorates Nigeria’s democratic journey, resilience, and commitment to the principles of freedom, justice, and good governance.
According to him, June 12 remains a historic symbol of the sacrifices made by patriotic Nigerians who fought tirelessly for the entrenchment of democracy. He noted that the day serves as a reminder of the collective responsibility of citizens and leaders alike to protect democratic institutions, uphold the rule of law, and work towards a more united and prosperous nation.
As an APC Stakeholder in the Ibadan South West/North West Federal Constituency, Community Leader, and Philanthropist, Hon. Alawuje reaffirmed his commitment to advancing democratic ideals, promoting grassroots development, and supporting initiatives that improve the welfare of the people while ensuring that the dividends of democracy are felt across all communities.
Hon. Alawuje further encouraged Nigerians to remain hopeful and steadfast in their commitment to national development, peace, and unity. He emphasized the need for active citizen participation in governance and continuous support for initiatives that promote economic growth, social progress, and the overall well-being of the people.
