A recent video of veteran Nollywood actor Hanks Anuku has sparked renewed concern among Nigerians about his health and overall well-being.
The actor was reportedly filmed over the weekend in a condition that prompted widespread discussion across social media platforms.
According to reports, an eyewitness recorded Anuku on Saturday, June 27, sitting and lying on the ground along a street in the Wuse 2 area of Abuja. In the video, he appeared disoriented and unkempt while holding a disposable cup and speaking to himself.
Some observers speculated that the actor may have been intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, attributing his behaviour to possible substance use.
The footage has since generated reactions online, with many Nigerians expressing concern about the veteran actor’s welfare.
