On this historic day in Singapore, *Barr. (Mrs.) Deborah A. Ijadele-Adetona,* Founder/International President of Standup For Women Society (SWS), was honoured at the prestigious *Global Women of Influence Awards 2026,* in recognition of her leadership, service, influence, and commitment to advancing the lives of women and children.

The distinguished occasion was graced by *Amb. Francisca K. Omayuli,*, Nigerian High Commission in Singapore, who had the honour of presenting the Global Women of Influence Award to Barr. Deborah A. Ijadele-Adetona. The memorable presentation was witnessed by the organisers of the prestigious award, who joined in celebrating this remarkable achievement.

Standing proudly on the international stage, Barr. Ijadele-Adetona carried with her not only the name of Standup For Women Society, but also the hopes, resilience, strength, and achievements of Nigerian women.

She made Nigeria proud.

As Founder/International President of Standup For Women Society, Barr. Ijadele-Adetona has dedicated herself to advancing women’s leadership, empowerment, capacity development, dignity, justice, and the protection and advancement of women and children.
